Shipping

All of our products are shipped using United States Postal Services Priority Mail. We ship all of our orders using Priority Mail Regional Rate Boxes as we can fit more items per box at a lower price than that of a standard “flat rate” shipping box, in return passing the savings on to our customers. Other shipping advantages of purchasing from Fishcraft Tackle are:

•  Our customers pay actual shipping costs. We do not charge a handling fee for items that you’ve purchased in our store.
• We ship everywhere in the USA and Canada. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to arrange shipping elsewhere.
• We typically ship each order within 24 to 48 hour business hours. In the event that your order cannot be filled timely, a Fishcraft team member will notify you via telephone and/or email.
• Enjoy the benefits of your items arriving safe and sound due to “proper” packaging.

 Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

We do accept returns on new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price not including shipping. Please note that all returns are to be shipped at the buyers’ expense. However, in the event an item is being returned due to an error on our part, (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item) we will pay the return shipping.

In order to process a return you must complete and return an RMA Request Form within 7 days of receiving your order. This will allow us to initialize and track you refund process to completion. Please note, you will need Adobe Reader to view the form.

Once we have received the unopened merchandise being returned, a refund will be processed to the card that was used to make the purchase. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the following:

• Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
• The time it takes us to process your return once we’ve received it (3 to 5 business days)
• Finally, the time it takes your card issuer or bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

In most cases this is a non-issue. At Fishcraft we stand by our product and our company and feel confident that this policy will rarely if at all be utilized by our customers.
